Toshiba 120F - Fax Machines - Multifunctionals The Toshiba DP120F is a true state of the art digital fax that can be transformed into a printer, copier, scanner and even an Internet fax. Fax, Printer, Copier and Scanner With the optional PCL 6 printer card and network interface the DP120F becomes a true network printer. The built in print server provides a direct connection to your PC, even in a peer to peer environment. The software enables you to print (from Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows NT) at a remarkable 12 pages a minute at a resolution of 600 dpi. You can also copy and scan documents at 400 dpi in a matter of seconds. Speed Dialling and Fast Transmission The DP120F has a 3MB memory to store up to 100 jobs. It also allows up to 373 abbreviated dialling codes, including 73 one touch keys. In addition the Super G3 ready DP120F saves you time and money with a transmission time of only 2 seconds. Paper Technology The high paper volume and choice of different cassettes for printing simplifies your work. The DP120F boasts a 550 sheet cassette, optional 2 x 550 sheet cassettes and a 100 sheet bypass feed enabling envelopes or paper with a weight of 150gsm to be used. Internet Fax The truly multi-functional DP120F is also able to send faxes and e-mails via the Internet. They are transmitted immediately via your mail server and transmission records are prepared. In addition it can store fax numbers as well as e-mail addresses that can be downloaded from an e-mail server or PC. Reporting With the optional bypass, the DP120F will print your transmission reports at A5, including an image of the original document. In addition the last 150 transmission records can be reviewed afterwards. The DP120F also prints the exact time of receipt on faxes that you receive, outputs them in the correct order and even inserts separation sheets between faxes, to save you time.
